Are there any requirements?
Valid photo ID for all visitors (digital photo on a cell phone shall suffice).
Anything to pay attention to?
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Exchange your voucher for the ticket at The Florence Specialist office in via Ricasoli 119r (RED Numbers), 50 meters from the Museum. You will be assisted by our staff members.
- Important: Be sure to arrive on time to the meeting point. The timed entry tickets have a timed entrance and are valid for entrance for the selected time. Those who arrive late may not be able to enter at the booked time. As per museum regulations, latecomers lose their booked time slot and must enter with general admission.
- NOTE: For the Accademia children aged 0-5 years do not require a ticket. Please bring a copy of your child's passport / ID card.
- Visitors under 18 years old without valid ID will need to purchase an adult ticket.
- Tickets are valid for the entry time selected upon booking and expire 45 minutes after the selected time.
- The Activity cost includes Accademia Gallery timed entry tickets. Official Accademia Gallery entry ticket with reservation fee: Adult (18+): € 24.00, Reduced (18-25 EU citizens): € 6.00, and Children (0-17): € 4.00. The additional fees cover the Audio Guide, on-site ticket procurement, and on-line booking fees.
